Senator Huggins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1114. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RES) was adopted. Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RES) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RES) Requesting the Federal Subsistence Board to rescind its decisions regarding the subsistence fishery priority given to Ninilchik, Happy Valley, Hope, and Cooper Landing residents, pass the Senate?"
